I had high hopes that Keller Farmers Market would be receptive to our concept but it just hasn’t taken off like I would have wanted it to and I must adjust our market schedule for the year of 2025. 😢

Mark your calendar for the biggest day of the year in Fort Worth's Near Southside when both ArtsGoggle and Lost 'N Sound come together on Saturday, October 19 from noon to 10:00pm. ArtsGoggle presented by Trinity Metro will be held on W. Magnolia Avenue from 8th Avenue to St. Louis Avenue, occupying 18 city blocks and hosting more than 900 visual artists. This year the ArtsGoggle Main Stage sponsored by Moncrief Cancer Institute | UT Southwestern and supported by Visit Fort Worth and Hear Fort Worth will host 10 performances beginning every hour on the hour. Three large food courts sponsored by Hill Building Group and Moncrief Cancer Institute | UT Southwestern will showcase locally owned and operated food businesses.

Summer Break + Maternity Leave
🌞☀️ Hey y'all! Just a heads-up from this mama-to-be! Starting June, you won't be seeing me sweating it out at the outdoor markets here in Texas. Why, you ask? Well, besides the fact that Texas has decided to crank up the heat to a toasty inferno level, I'll be waddling around in my third trimester of pregnancy!
Now, don't worry, it's not because I can't handle the heat. I mean, I've endured Texas summers before, but carrying around a mini human furnace inside me? That's a whole other level! 🤰🔥 So, in the interest of not becoming a puddle of pregnant perspiration, I'll be taking a break from the outdoor market scene.
Oh, and here's the good news! While I'm taking a break from the outdoor hustle, you can still get your fix of my goodies! Starting in June, you can purchase your refills online, and they'll arrive directly to your house. That's right, no need to brave the Texas heat or worry about your ice cream melting before you get home. Convenience at its finest!
If all goes according to plan (fingers crossed and ice packs at the ready), and if Texas decides to dial down the heat just a smidge, I'll be back in action come September. Until then, I'll be chilling indoors with my feet up, a fan on full blast, and a gallon of ice cream within arm's reach.
Stay cool, stay hydrated, and I'll catch y'all on the flip side when I'm not melting faster than a snow cone in the Texas sun! 😎🍦

One of the Near Southside's most iconic community events, Open Streets, returns after a 4-year pandemic-related pause. Open Streets was founded in 2011 to achieve environmental, social, economic, and public health goals by temporarily closing Magnolia Avenue to automobile traffic and reopening the street to the community for walking, bicycling, dancing, playing, and socializing.
